Listen anywhere

Equiteam’s Liz and Lou look at why rest is just as important for both you and your horse to allow time for proper recovery, muscle and soft tissue repair, and is good for your mental health and well-being.

As the conversation flows the duo get on to school holiday guilt and why sometimes going away can leave you more exhausted!
