This week’s guest is one brave lady! Not only has she ridden round an advanced eventing track, she has also made an incredible comeback after a horrific car accident. Told by her doctor she wouldn’t ride again Caroline Mosely from Orange Fox Eventing was determined to prove her doctor wrong, which we delighted to say she did!
Caroline shares how she was persuaded to come over from the dark side (SJ!) and give eventing a go, how she still finds the dressage the most stressful element and how by finding herself slightly older horses, who have been there and done it, she has had to really focus on her own riding. Caroline also give us the best tip for keeping fit, and it involves a pole and not a lot of clothes!
